Arrival
Meet Free Ingwe at Village Cay Marina in the heart of Road Town on Tortola. After welcome drinks and getting settled in your cabins, lunch is served by your professional Chef.
Day 1
After Lunch we set sail across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Peter Island, this is great place to swim snorkel or simply relax on deck with a cocktail, or visit the exquisite Peter Island Resort.
Day 2
Wake up to find breakfast served in the cockpit where we discuss the day's plans. Following breakfast, a brisk sail up to 'The Baths' on Virgin Gorda, one of the Virgin Islands most dramatic rock formations. Here there is excellent snorkeling and walks through the rocks. After lunch we head to North Sound on Virgin Gorda for the night.
Day 3
Today takes us North to the Island of Anegada 'The Sunken Island', at 24ft above sea level and surrounded by a huge barrier reef. This is the best place to eat lobster in the BVI, cooked right on the beach on driftwood fires by the local residents of the Island. Snorkeling is a must here at Loblolly beach, a short cab ride on the north side of the Island.
Day 4
Departing Anegada after breakfast, back to Tortola. A lunch stop and snorkel at a group of Islands called the Dogs, then onto Trellis Bay for the night. This is where every month the Full Moon party takes place with live bands, fire jugglers and a local show.
Day 5
Takes us west along the northern coast of Tortola, through a maze of little islands we stop at Monkey Point on Guana Island for Lunch and a snorkel stop. This is a beautiful spot overlooking the dramatic hills of Tortola and long empty beaches. Finishing lunch we make way to Cane Garden bay for our night stop. This is a lively little place with an excellent beach lined with beach bars. Pop in for a cocktail or you can venture over to the Calliwood Rum Distillery and learn about the Caribbean's most famous drink.
Day 6
A short sail North brings us to the Island of Jost Van Dyke, a stunning place with magnificent beaches, starting at Green Cay and idyllic desert island, heading down to White Bay for the night making sure to pop in for a 'Painkiller' at the Soggy Dollar bar!
Day 7
After a morning swim breakfast is served. Mid morning we leave, heading south towards West End, Sopers Hole. This is a great place to stop for an hour or so to look around the quaint little shops to pick up those souvenirs. Then a brisk sail up the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Norman Island, also called 'Treasure Island' by the locals. Stop for lunch at the Indians, a small formation of rocks just off the island. In the afternoon, head over to 'The Caves' known to be a place pirates treasure was kept. As the sun goes down it lights up the caves making it great fun for snorkeling. Your last night on board, a farewell meal from the crew and drinks at one of the fun bars on the Island.
Day 8
After breakfast, you wonder where the week has gone. Take your last swim before we sail back to Road Town on Tortola into Village Cay Marina where we say our good byes.
Kindly note that the charter itinerary is completely open to change at any time during your holiday depending on weather conditions. We can advise you on the best hide-away locations in the Virgin Islands.
